Out Of State Applicant

It's a great time to become a mortgage broker! If you are interested in becoming a licensed mortgage broker in the state of Florida, we offer the state required 24-hour pre-licensing mortgage broker course. Our structured course is designed to provide you with all the information needed to pass the state exam.

Our goals for our students include:

  • Provide our students with all the necessary updated workbook and materials needed to prepare you for the state exam.

  • Qualified and experienced instructors who have a vast knowledge of the mortgage broker field due to their day-to-day involvement.

  • Smaller class size in order to provide our students a more one-on-one personalized learning experience.

  • Affordable classes and convenient locations.

We hold classes on a regular basis north of the Ft. Lauderdale test site (site assigned for out of state applicants) in the Jupiter/Tequesta area. If you are with a company that has a minimum of ten employees in need of the mortgage broker class we offer an on-site program, where our instructors will travel to your location.
